Company domiciliation
COMPANY domiciliation activities were formalised by the Law of 31 March 1999, which made them the preserve
of a limited number of professionals, including chartered accountants.
Although domiciliation activities are primarily aimed at international clients, we also have clients in Luxembourg
who wish to entrust the management and administration of their corporate assets to a professional.
Our department covers the whole spectrum of requirements related to company domiciliation, and assists in the
incorporation, administration and legal monitoring of companies. |
